It is important that we work together to ensure students are successful in their courses.

Please take time to make contact with your students' teachers if you are interested in connecting with them about how your student is doing.

You have a few options:

• Email via Canvas OR
• Sign up for an In-person or Virtual conference 

When
Sign up by 3/10 for conferences on 3/11 from 4:00 - 8:30 pm - Either virtual or in person 

How

1. Review your child’s teachers either in Infinite Campus or Canvas and determine which teachers you would like to see 
2. Click this link and find each teacher's name
3. Click on their name, find an open slot, and click Sign Up
4. Click Save & Continue
    - Type either - In Person or Virtual 
    - Type in your First and Last Name, email, and student’s name. 
5. Click Sign Up Now
   You are now scheduled with that teacher. Repeat for each teacher you would like to meet with
6. On the night of conferences, return to this document to either:
   -find the Google Meet link to meet with the teacher virtually OR 
   -find the room number to meet with the teacher in person
   
   OR 
   
   
7. Call the office at (920) 852-5400 to schedule your conferences.
