The AASD Parent Prom Committee has planned a memorable evening for seniors and are committed to bringing a safe experience to the students. Prom will be held at Hilton Appleton Paper Valley on April 13, 2024 from 7:00 PM-12:00 AM.
Tickets will be sold March 5, 13 and 21 during lunch hours at North, East and West and online through Infinite Campus (beginning March 1). The times are between 11:19 and 1:48 p.m.
Only eligible AASD seniors are allowed to purchase tickets. (Students graduating early should speak to their counselor.) Each senior is allowed to purchase 1 ticket for themselves and 1 ticket for a guest (senior and guest MUST check in together).
Cost
o $35 when purchased in person with cash or check (ONLY)
o $40 when purchased online (credit/debit card only)
Guests MUST be at least a freshmen in high school and/or no more than 20 years old to attend. No exceptions. Guest passes are not required.
Payment is due at the time of purchase; options will include cash (exact amount preferred), check, or credit card (through Infinite Campus option only).
If purchasing tickets in person, a paper form must be completed. Please print clearly. Seniors must provide an email address they check regularly to receive communication about the event.
Students will not receive an actual ticket. Names will be added to a master list and checked off at check-in. A souvenir ticket will be available the night of the event.
FINAL SALES for tickets will be APRIL 10–NO EXCEPTIONS.
Prom check-in at Appleton East, North or West (student lot):
● All students (and guests) must check in at one of the high schools.
● All students (and guests) will need to show a driver’s license or student ID to receive their wristband for the bus and Prom.
● Guests MUST check in with the senior that purchased the ticket.
All students are required to ride a shuttle from one of the high schools to the venue:
Departure times from East, North or West high school (please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure
time): 6:45; 7:15; 7:45 or 8:15 p.m. Entrance to the venue will be denied if you do not arrive on a shuttle and have a wristband.
Small purses are allowed; however, we reserve the right to search any items carried into the event. There will be a coat check available. Wristbands are required to be worn while at the venue.
Prom
● Saturday, April 13, 2024, 7 p.m.-midnight
● Formal attire is highly recommended. Costumes will not be allowed at the event.
● Buses will begin rotating back to the high schools starting at 10:45 p.m. Attendees do not have to ride the shuttle back to the high school.
● Snacks and water will be available throughout the evening.
● Games provided by FunPros also are included.
● A photobooth will be available from Everlasting Memories.
● Attendees who leave the event area at Hilton Appleton Paper Valley will be required to surrender their wristband and not allowed back into the event.
Parking
● Bussing is mandatory to the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley. This provides a safe environment for all students.
● Students and their guests will park and leave their vehicles at the high school lot where they take the buses to the venue.
● Students are not required to use the shuttle at the end of the night.
● Buses will begin returning to the high schools beginning at 10:45 p.m.
Volunteering
The committee is looking for volunteers for Prom night as well as donations of gift cards, water, and money to provide a fun and affordable event. You may sign up for as many slots as you would like.
Please read the notes on each slot to ensure you understand what will be expected during your shift. If you would like to assist with the entire evening, please sign up for multiple slots.

The use of alcohol, tobacco, vaping and other drugs and any weapons are strictly prohibited on the grounds of HiltonAppleton Paper Valley, the buses and Appleton Area School District property.
Due to security and fire code regulations, the only parents/guardians who will be allowed to enter Prom are those parents/guardians who will be volunteering for the evening.
