Annual Student Registration

The Appleton Area School District requires enrollment for new students (4K - grade 12) and annual registration for existing students (KG - grade 12).

Enrollment and annual registration for the upcoming school year begins in early July.

What do I need for Enrollment/Registration?

The parent/guardian should be prepared to complete an online application containing demographic information, emergency contact phone numbers, name and phone number of your child’s doctor, medical information, and language information.

After your child’s online application has been submitted, you may be asked to provide a birth certificate and immunization records to your student’s school.

Registration Events

Meet and Greet Event

East's 23-24 Meet and Greet will be held on August 30, 2023 from 5:30-7:00 PM.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to tour the school, follow along with their student’s schedule and meet staff, teachers, and administrators.

Onsite Registration Events

Onsite Registration is available by appointment.  This gives families an opportunity to register their students using district labs/computers with translator support.

Families can make an appointment for onsite registration at their school(s) if they need assistance with the online registration process or to complete these tasks:

  • Annual online registration
  • Schedule changes
  • Obtaining photo ID
  • Sign up for co-curriculars and clubs
  • Busing information
  • Textbook distribution

If your student does not require any of the above and your student’s annual online registration is completed you do not need to attend.

First Agency Insurance

The District will continue to work with First Agency, Inc. to provide parents/guardians with an opportunity to purchase Student Accident Insurance for the upcoming school year. Beginning with last year, First Agency, Inc. decided to discontinue the practice of mailing brochures to the schools. Their brochure/enrollment form is available online at www.1stAgency.com, where parents/guardians can print the PDF and enroll through the mail with a check or money order OR they may enroll online with a credit card.
