Hello East Families,

East Parent Teacher Conferences for Fall are scheduled for October 17 and 23, 2023 from 4:00 PM-8:30PM. 

Conferences are set up so that we can together support your student’s growth in their learning. The focus of these conferences will be on student growth and performance since the beginning of the school year. 

In order to make our conferences more efficient and easier for our families in attendance, parents will be required to register for conferences with teachers. You can identify if you want in person or a virtual conference when you register. In order to start the process, click this link. This will allow you to register for 7 minute conferences for each teacher with whom you wish to visit. Should you need the names of your child’s teachers, you can access their class schedule using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, Canvas, or ask your child to see their current schedule.

On the night of conferences, return to this document and click here to either:

-Find the Google Meet link to meet with the teacher virtually OR

-Find the room number to meet with the teacher in person

Please remember to be on time to your conference. The teacher may be on a Meet or with a parent before and directly after your scheduled time. Should you need additional time with a particular teacher, please contact them and they will have the ability to schedule additional time.
