Fall Sports

Football
If you are interested in joining the football team this fall, you can find more information
on virtual workouts, summer/fall calendar, required forms and more on the team website at: www.bit.ly/EASTFB. If you have questions, contact Coach Mark Krommenacker at
krommenackerma@aasd.k12.wi.us. Whether it’s your first time playing, or you’ve
played your whole life, we will create great experiences you’ll remember forever!

Girls Golf
If you are interested in playing golf this fall, please contact Coach Duran at
duranmikki@aasd.k12.wi.us Our first day of practice is Monday, August 10, at 2:30. We
meet at Reid Golf course in or near the clubhouse. We will play on the first day so bring
your clubs and turn in your paperwork to East (especially your physical). The courses
are open and contact coach Duran for more opportunities for playing this summer. Hope

Sideline Cheerleading (Fall/Winter) & Competition Cheerleading Team
If you are interested in either of our Cheer Teams, please contact Coach Abigayle Zimmerman
at zimmermanabiga@aasd.k12.wi.us. We have already held the first round of Virtual Tryouts,
but are excited to add more to our roster for the seasons! Our first day of in-person practice will
be sometime in early July, so we would like to finalize our roster by then! Please reach out for
more information!

Boys Soccer
If you are interested in playing boys soccer this fall, please contact Coach Brad Dunlap at
coachbdunlap@gmail.com. There are lots of opportunities this summer to get involved with
soccer at East, so jump on board early! I look forward to hearing from you.

Girls Volleyball
All girls interested in playing high school volleyball in the fall can contact Coach Bethany Barber
through email or phone. Bethanylbarber@gmail.com, 920-217-3323. We are currently doing
VIP (Virtual Improvement Program) workouts 3 days/week. We will also have open gyms,
league, and youth camp July 20-23. Please contact Coach Barber to receive more detailed
information!

Boys Volleyball (Fall)
All boys interested in playing boys volleyball this fall can contact Coach Chris Apriesnig at
apriesnigchris@aasd.k12.wi.us. There will be open gym opportunities, summer league and a
camp in July. All interested athletes can contact me for more details. I look forward to hearing
from you!

Winter Sports

Boys Basketball
If you are interested in playing boys basketball this November, please contact Coach Adam
Maulick at ajmaulick@gmail.com or 920-423-3575. There are a lot of opportunities this summer
and into fall to get started with Basketball at Appleton East High School. Starting in Summer
with skill work and leagues are extremely important to helping your in season success. I look

Spring Sports

Boy’s Golf
All Boys interested in participating on the golf team in the spring can see coach Reicahrdt in the
Phy Ed department at the beginning of the school year. Meetings generally start around mid
February. You can email coach Reichardt with questions at reichardtkevin@aasd.k12.wi.us.

Girls Soccer
All Girls interested in playing soccer for Appleton East in the Spring should contact Head Coach
Tanner Freund via email (freundtanner@aasd.k12.wi.us). We regularly host Player Meetings
throughout the year beginning in the Fall and hold open gyms as we approach the season. Be
sure to reach out and attend these meetings to get all the information you need to prepare
yourself to play like a Patriot!

Athletic Training Services

All Athletes:
Athletic Training services are provided by Advanced Physical Therapy and Sports
Medicine along with Orthopedic and Sports Institute of the Fox Valley. We are proud to
provide these services to all of you athletes. Contact Lucy Werley with any of your injury
