East Parent Teacher Conferences for Fall are scheduled for October 20 and 27, 2022 from 4:00 PM-8:30PM.
Conferences are set up so that we can together support your student’s growth in their learning. The focus of these conferences will be on student growth and performance since the beginning of the school year.
In order to make our conferences more efficient and easier for our families in attendance, parents will be required to register for conferences with teachers. In order to start the process, a link titled “
Parent/Teacher Conferences” will be available on Friday, October 7 on the Appleton East Homepage.
This will allow you to register for 7 minute conferences for each teacher with whom you wish to visit. Should you need the names of your child’s teachers, you can access their class schedule using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or ask your child to see their current schedule.
A few important pieces of information regarding the registration process:
-You will be asked to register using the link provided. Once you’ve registered, a message will be sent to your e-mail address. You can then begin the process of scheduling your conferences.
-While we encourage you to schedule time with each of your child’s teachers, it is not necessary to schedule a conference with every teacher.
-We are allotting 7 minutes for each conference.
If you are able to video conference, please open up the Google Meet link at the time designated, not before or after. Should you need additional time with a particular teacher, please contact them and they will have the ability to schedule additional time.
