There are 3 steps in this process. 1. Students need to use their AASD email to fill out this form. 2. Pay $5 to Student Services during Office Hours from 8am - 2pm starting on August 5th. 3. Hang your parking permit from your rear view mirror.

1.  Please read through all the information thoroughly. By filling out this form and paying for your parking permit, you agree to follow all parking regulations outlined in the form.

2. Complete this Google Gorm with your student AASD email. Note: Do not complete the google form until you have a valid drivers license.

3. Pay the $5 permit fee in the Student Services office by cash or check. You will receive your parking permit at that time.

Parking is on a first come, first served basis. If capacity is reached, this form will be updated to indicate we are at a wait list.

SCHOOL PARKING REGULATIONS

Welcome to Student Parking at Appleton East High School! We’re glad to offer this opportunity to responsible student drivers as a privilege and convenience. In order to keep our lots safe and accessible for everyone, we ask all students and families to carefully review and follow the expectations below.

Parking is available to students who demonstrate consistent attendance, appropriate behavior, and who are in good standing with detentions. Please note: Parking privileges may be revoked if these expectations are not met, and refunds are not provided. If a detention is received, it should be served within one week to avoid affecting your parking status. Parking may also be suspended at the discretion of administration or the School Resource Officer if necessary.

All vehicles must display a valid AEHS parking permit hang tag on the rearview mirror and must be parked in designated student parking areas. If you drive a different vehicle, it’s your responsibility to transfer your permit accordingly. Unregistered vehicles may be ticketed by the Appleton Police Department, with fines beginning at $20.

The parking lot is monitored regularly to ensure safety and to identify vehicles belonging to our school community. If your permit is lost or stolen, please notify the office right away. Replacement tags are available for $5.

Important Reminders:

The Emmer's Street Lot is reserved for visitors and special permit holders only. Students should not park in this lot under any circumstances.

Loitering in vehicles or in the parking lot is not allowed during the school day.

Drive safely—speed is limited to 15 mph, and all reckless driving is strictly prohibited.

Vehicles on school property may be subject to search if there are reasonable cause to believe that drugs, alcohol, stolen property or other contraband might be present in that vehicle.

By applying for and receiving a permit, students and their families acknowledge and agree to follow these guidelines.

If your family has multiple student drivers, please complete a separate form for each driver and vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a safe and respectful parking experience for all!

Any questions please contact Mrs. Waters at 920-852-5400.

Appleton East High School is not responsible for vandalism of your vehicle, vehicles that are stolen from school property or articles stolen from a vehicle parked on school property. Please do not leave valuables in your car.  Lock your doors and keep your windows closed.
